Do you work on projects outside Saudi Arabia?+
Yes. We have delivered projects across the UAE, Lebanon, and other GCC markets. Our primary focus is KSA given our team's market depth, but we regularly support regional programmes.
Can you join a project that is already in progress?+
Absolutely — this is one of our most common engagement types. Many clients bring us in mid-programme to establish controls, resolve commercial disputes, or rescue a struggling PMO. We're experienced at rapid programme assessments.
What is your minimum project size?+
We have no hard minimum. We have worked on projects from SAR 30M through SAR 4B+. What matters is that the engagement is the right fit for our skills and that we can genuinely add value.
How are your fees structured?+
We typically work on a monthly retainer for ongoing PMC/PMO engagements, lump sum for defined deliverables such as cost plans or risk studies, or time-based for short advisory assignments. We are transparent about fees from the first conversation.
