Nexera served as Programme Management Consultant for one of the landmark FIFA World Cup 2034 stadium projects in Riyadh. The 92,000-seat King Salman International Stadium is among the largest in the world and sits at the heart of Saudi Arabia's World Cup infrastructure strategy. Our scope covered full PMC services, CAPEX benchmarking, contractor performance oversight, and Board-level reporting. We managed a programme team of over 40 professionals across design, construction, and digital reporting workstreams, maintaining schedule adherence through complex ground conditions and accelerated procurement timelines.
Appointed as Project Controls lead for a cluster of heritage and hospitality buildings within the SAR 63B Diriyah Gate mega-development. Responsibilities included establishing the programme baseline, managing the Primavera P6 master schedule across 12 sub-packages, earned value reporting, and monthly Board-level dashboards for the Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA).
PMO setup and cost management services for the Sedra residential masterplan — one of ROSHN's flagship communities covering 20 million sqm in north Riyadh.
